This is a friendly reminder regarding our points redemption guidelines:

Members must maintain a minimum remaining balance of 100 points after redemption. Any combination of point types is allowed.

Points may be redeemed only in excess of the 100-point minimum balance.

There is no maximum limit on redeemable points, provided the minimum balance of 100 points is maintained.

Redemptions will be processed through e-banking, bank transfer, or similar payment methods.

Example:
If a member has a total of 200 points:

150 FIT International
  50 Domestic
    0 NDC

The member may redeem:

  80   FIT International
  20   Domestic
100   Total points redeemed

Remaining balance: 100 points

Additionally, please be advised that all fund transfers will only be processed if the recipient account is registered under the member’s own name, as reflected on the name registered / valid ID. Transfers to accounts with names that do not match the member’s registered name will not be processed.

For transfers made through e-wallets or similar platforms, the same policy applies the recipient account must be owned by the member.

These measures are in place to ensure proper verification, security, and smooth processing of all transactions.
